Level-1 Support Service Yearly Subscription

This subscription can be used for an initial year subscription for a site that does not require on-site training/professional development or consultation; or for an additional year of support for an advanced support services subscriber. This is priced per module, so support for two modules would be double the annual fee. Each account can have up to 5 administrators/observers. The support subscription includes: 2 support incidents and 1 hour of consultation/support time maximum per year via teleconference, e-mail, and/or GoToMeeting. This support agreement includes, at no additional cost, a year license to the FacultyTools system and the external device clients and related application hosting services.

Price: $300 per Each Module Supported (Observations, Surveys, or Testing)

Level-2 Advanced Support Services Yearly Subscription with On-site Training

Services for an advanced support contract for a single site using one module (testing, surveys or observations) include:

• Initial consultation and planning meeting/teleconference; pre-installation and configuration of a first test or observation instrument into your account for use on-line or with external devices (Apple, Palm, Windows Mobile).
• Professional development: WED will provide 5 hours of professional development related to use of:  external devices (Palms, for instance), creating and administering tests and instruments, and reporting system.  Training is scheduled on-site.
• 1 year of advanced application and technical support services/consulting for up to 10 administrative users per site, including:  5 support incidents and 5 hours of consultation/support time maximum per year via teleconference, e-mail, and/or GoToMeeting.

The license to FacultyTools Assessment Server and to the Apple™/Palm™/Windows Mobile™ data collection client software are provided at no cost for the duration of this support subscription. 

Also, Assessa/FTAS application hosting is provided at no cost for the duration of this support subscription.  A single account will be created for one physical site (user), and this account may be used by up to 25 administrators, faculty or observers and up to 5,000 subjects/students and a maximum of 10,000 tests, survey or observation sessions.

Price: $3,000 (additional modules can be added at nominal cost)

Additional Services

We offer technical services, including: custom interface programming, data import/export, and analysis, at $100 per hour.  Professional development services at $75 per hour.  Service costs to not include any travel/material expenses.    */ ?>
